The Sarang Store is a small fan-run business creating custom K-pop and K-drama inspired merchandise. Every product is made to order just for you. Please read this policy fully before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding and support. 💜

Made to order, made for you

Every item in our store is custom-printed fresh after you place your order. Nothing is held in stock. Production begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Before completing checkout, please review your product, design, size, and quantity carefully.

No refunds or exchanges

All orders are final once placed. Because each product is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

✗ Change of mind

You no longer want the product after it has been printed.

✗ Wrong size ordered

Incorrect size chosen by the customer at checkout.

✗ Delayed delivery

Shipping delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances.

✗ Disliking the product

Not liking the product after receiving it.

✗ Colour variation

Minor colour differences between screen display and print output are normal.

✗ Incorrect address

Order undelivered due to wrong address entered at checkout.

When we’ll step in and help

We will offer a free replacement or full refund only if the issue was caused by an error on our side. Eligible cases:

✓ Damaged product

Item arrived visibly damaged or broken due to shipping or handling.

✓ Wrong item sent

You received a different product or design than what you ordered.

✓ Print defect

Significant print errors such as fading, misalignment, or unclear design.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with valid proof. Claims raised after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.

How to report an issue

To report an eligible issue, email us at contact@thesarangstore.com with the following:

Your Order ID and full name.

A clear description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage.

An unboxing video clearly showing the issue from the moment the package is opened.

Without a valid unboxing video and photos, we will not be able to process your claim. Please record your unboxing before opening the package fully.

If a refund is approved

If we have made a genuine error and a refund is approved, here’s how long it may take:

May take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment platforms. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated from our end.
