HOW WE MAKE YOUR ORDER
We are a print-on-demand store. Every item is custom-printed specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Production begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Changes can only be made within 4 hours of placing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Production: 2–4 business days after order confirmation
- Dispatch: Within 5–10 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Delivery: 4–6 business days after dispatch
- Total: approximately 7–10 business days from order date

We currently ship pan-India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Standard shipping charge applies on orders below ₹499 (shown at checkout)

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link at your registered email address. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
We are not liable for packages lost or delayed after dispatch due to courier error or incorrect address entered at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with neighbors or building security, then contact us with your Order ID.
