Section 1
Products and pricing
- All products sold on The Sarang Store are original fan-made merchandise inspired by K-pop and K-drama. They are not official products of any artist, agency, or entertainment label.
- Product images on the website are for reference only. Actual colours and print placement may vary slightly due to screen calibration and production processes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Promotional discounts and offers are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless specified.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Section 2
Orders
- Please review your product, design, size, and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
- Orders may only be modified within 4 hours of being placed. After this window, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
Section 3
Shipping and delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, customer location, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners once the order has left our facility, or due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
Section 4
Returns and exchanges
Since every product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor colour variation.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund only in the following situations:
- You received a different product or design from what you ordered.
- The item arrived damaged or with a significant print defect.
Section 5
Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@thesarangstore.com.
- After 4 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.
- If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Section 6
Customer conduct
We are a small fan-run team and we expect respectful communication from all customers. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict service to anyone engaging in:
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our team.
- False claims or fraudulent misuse of our refund or replacement policy.
- Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Section 7
Privacy
Any personal information you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Section 8
Limitation of liability
The Sarang Store shall not be held liable for courier delays, packages lost after dispatch, indirect damages, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase value of the order in question.
