The Sarang Store creates custom fan-made K-pop and K-drama merchandise. Every product is printed fresh just for you after your order is placed. Please read this page before ordering so you know exactly what to expect. 💜

How we make your order

We are a print-on-demand store. This means nothing is held in stock — every item is custom-printed specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Production begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and is fulfilled by our trusted print partner.

Because your item is made to order, please review your product, design, size, and delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Changes can only be made within 4 hours of placing your order.

  • We currently ship pan-India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, weather, or public holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once your order has left our facility.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Tracking your order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link at your registered email address.
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please reach out to us.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, first check with neighbours or building security. If still not found, email us with your Order ID and we will raise a query with the courier.
We are not liable for packages lost or delayed after dispatch due to courier error, incorrect address entered at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

✗ Change of mind

You no longer want the item after it has been printed.

✗ Wrong size selected

Incorrect size chosen by the customer at checkout.

✗ Colour variation

Minor differences between screen display and print output are normal.

✗ Delayed delivery

Shipping delays caused by courier or unforeseen events.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund only if the fault is on our side:

✓ Damaged product

Item arrived damaged due to shipping or handling.

✓ Wrong item sent

You received a different product or design from what you ordered.

✓ Significant print defect

Fading, misalignment, or unclear print not caused by colour variation.

✓ Approved cancellation

Cancellation requested within 4 hours of placing the order.

All eligible claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. Claims without proof cannot be processed.

For approved refunds: processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (up to 7–10 days for credit or debit cards depending on your bank).

How to report an issue

If you received a damaged, wrong, or defective item, email us at contact@thesarangstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

A clear description of the issue

Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

Please record your unboxing before fully opening the package. Without a video, we may be unable to process your claim.
